Description
The proximity to the Ulcinj salina and exit to the Adriatic sea makes the island Ada Bojana a great migration route for birds. Large flocks of Çıkrıkçın, Kaşıkgaga, Fiyu, Küçük martı, Akdeniz Martısı fly over the island on migration. It is wintering site for great numbers of Kýzýlgerdanlý dalgýç and Karagagalı Sumru, but Karagerdanlý dalgýç, Boz Yelkovan (diomedea) and Kadife ördek too. During breeding season Çeltikçi and Kaşıkçı feed in the marshes.

Ada Bojana can be accessed by car, but if you want to visit whole beach and other parts of island you need to go by foot. Click on a P in the map for directions to a parking spot.
