Description
The mouth of the Riera de Ribes stream can be found at the end of the seafront in Sitges. The most interesting ornithological aspect of the site are the seabirds, with interesting species like Ada Martısı, Akdeniz Martısı, Karagagalı Sumru, Tepeli Karabatak, and Sümsükkuþu. Some rarer species that can be seen are the Atlantik boz yelkovani, Yelkovan and Balear Yelkovanı. In winter Tarakdiş has been seen several years.
In the reeds Kamış Bülbülü, Saz Kamışçını, Mumgaga, Bataklık kirazkuşu, and Maskeli Ötleğen can be heard and seen. Aquatic species like Yeşilbaş, Küçük ak balýkçýl, Sığır balıkçılı, Gri balýkçýl and Yalıçapkını are present in the water course.
Close to the mouth of Riera de Ribes is the Golf Club Terramar, and the greens are good to look for birds like Taşkuşu, Çayır incirkuşu, Kara kızılkuyruk, and İbibik.

The mouth of the Riera de Ribes is located at the seafront in Sitges, and can be reached by car, or by walking if you are in Sitges. You can park right there (click on the P on the map for further directions).
