This site contains a wet grassland habitat which provides ideal conditions for breeding Kızkuşu and Kervançulluğu. The surrounding farmland has lots of Ağaç serçesi and Tarlakuşu whilst in winter numbers of Fiyu and Çamurcun peak.

The site is accessed from Gainsborough via the A631. At the first roundabout west of the Trent Bridge, follow the signs to Beckingham village and then take Station Street on the right. The nearest postcode is DN10 4PY. The car park is open from 9:00 to 17:00 everyday.
