The Yalıçapkını nest in the Chester Zoo ground and use the canals to travel to this pond. Other birds you can see in the area are Orman tırmaşıkkuşu, Çamurcun, Sakarmeke, Sutavuðu and Yeşilbaş.

Park on Flag Lane north and walk up the bridle path. Park at pretty bridge and walk towards Chester Zoo. Park in Chester Zoo car park. The pond is less than a minutes walk.
