Description
On the islands of Loch Maree Islands National Nature Reserve Kýzýlgerdanlý dalgýç and Karagerdanlý dalgýç nest. Balık kartalı, Akkuyruklu kartal, Kaya kartalý, Gök doðan, Gökçe delice, Şahin and Kuzgun may be seen overhead. Çaprazgaga, woodpeckers, Çulluk, Orman çıvgını, Kara sinekkapan and Sıvacı in the woods. Perhaps İpekkuyruk in winter. Pine marten are fairly common in the area and may visit the feeders in the car parks. Red deer, roe deer and red squirrels, possibly wild cat.

Access
There are several parking spots along the main road. The site is 60 miles west of Inverness and 105 miles north of Fort William. Boat trips available from the Maree Hotel.
