Waders seen at Lower Moor include Halkalı cılıbıt, Kılıçgaga,, occasional Orman düdükçünü, Yeşil düdükçün, Karakarınlı kumkuşu, Suna, Poyrazkuşu, Küçük ak balýkçýl and Kamış Bülbülü. In 2009, a Hazar sumrusu here, and again in June 2023.

Access
Lower Moor is between Pershore and Evesham off the A44 road. From M5 exit at junction 7. Small car park at south end of Bridge street is not easy to access. Better to park in the village and walk south. Train station Pershore, 2 miles away. No bus route in the village. River Avon is navigable.
