Description

Stoke Damerel Park was built on part of the London & Southwestern Railway that led to the now disused Devonport Kings Road Station, this line closed in 1964. The parks Northern edge has the Paddington to Penzance mainline. The park is well covered by trees and it's Northern edge is covered in shrubs and rough scrubland.

Access

Stoke Damerel Park is located in the Millbridge area of the City of Plymouth. Easily reached by buses from Plymouth city centre (they stop at the parks Western end). Those traveling by car use on street parking. Press P on map for directions.
