Description

The Kaaimeersen is a pleasant place for birding. The many ponds and wet areas and the alternation between open and dense vegetation form an excellent biotope for many water birds. But also plenty of migratory and resident birds can be seen here. The area has a bird hide. Some of the nice birds that can be seen here are Black-tailed Godwit, Common Kingfisher and Golden Oriole.
