Description

At the entrance of the Vijvers van Bellefroid (Ponds of Bellefroid) a path takes you to the two lakes. The path doesn't circle the waters entirely, but you should get a good look on both of them from walking the path. At the second lake there is a bird watching screen. A lot of ducks and herons frequent the water while songbirds like Long-tailed Tit and European Robin can be found in the trees surrounding the water. Also the Common Kingfisher and Great Cormorant reside in the area.
