Description
Nordhavnstippen mainly consists of two lakes and surrounding meadows, bushes, and reedbeds. The surrouding habitat is home to Goldcrest, Wren, Common Chaffinch etc. In the lakes, it is common to encounter wintering Tufted Duck, Eurasian Wigeon, and Gadwall etc. Other winter visitors include Snow Bunting and Redpoll, while in the summer it welcomes Eurasian Skylark and Red-necked Grebe. Out in the sea, Great Cormorant and Common Eider are common, and with a bit of luck, you can also spot feeding Northern Gannet.
