Description

Rådvad is a former industrial development near Copenhagen. It is located on both sides of the Mølleåen river. Lovely place, fenced forest, Dyrehaven with a large deer population. The area attracts many people. Among the birds you can see are Common Kingfisher, White-throated Dipper, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Goldcrest, Mute Swan and Common Buzzard.

Nice area to explore on foot. There are many trails to choose from. On the map you see a circular walk along the river Mølleåen which is about 4 km long. Click on the P in the map to get directions.
