Vaibla Ringing Station is the only inland bird station in Estonia and is run entirely by volunteers.

Description

Vaibla Ringing Station wants to share knowledge and educate people in biology. Visitors are welcome. Main ringing season in July and August, so this is the best time for a visit. So far 114 different bird species have been ringed in Vaibla Ringing Station. Top 5 of ringed birds are Sedge Warbler, Barn Swallow, Willow Warbler, Reed Warbler and Marsh Warbler. But also special birds like Eurasian Nightjar, Ural Owl, Corn Crake, Eurasian Pygmy Owl and Citrine Wagtail have been ringed.
