Description

The Rantamo wetland is an area with flat farmland and some artificial and natural ponds. A good place for birdwatching with good views from a hill. Among the birds you can see are White-tailed Eagle, Western Marsh Harrier, Eurasian Curlew, Common Crane, Eurasian Skylark and Common Snipe.

Located ca 7 km from Järvenpää, good parking space (parking not allowed elsewhere) ca 500 m from the observation hill.
