Description

Crêt des Roches is Nature reserve of 43 hectares. This is a very important spot for migration from late July to mid November. Cross the entire fort to reach the observation platform which dominates the valley. Among the birds that can be seen here are Red Kite, Black Kite, Black Stork, White Stork, Brambling, Common Chaffinch, European Honey-buzzard, Common Buzzard, Common Raven, Hawfinch, Great Cormorant, Peregrine Falcon and Merlin.
