Description

Darse de Saint Marcel is especially famous for wintering and passing birds. One can observe large dormitories of Yellow-legged Gull, Common Gull and Lesser Black-backed Gull. The Caspian Gull is annual here. Furthermore you can observe many species of waterbirds in winter. In spring the birds of passage are also umerous here.

Français: Plan d'eau en connexion avec la Saône composé d'une partie nord et d'une partie sud c'est un très bon spot en hiver et en période de migration. Le site est surtout réputé pour les oiseaux hivernants et de passage. On peut y observer de gros dortoir de Yellow-legged Gull, de Common Gull, de Lesser Black-backed Gull, le Caspian Gull y est annuel. On peut y observer toutes espèces de plongeon ou de grèbes en hiver. Au printemps les oiseaux de passage y sont nombreux.
