Description

Lac du Bourdon is the largest lake in the Puisaye (Yonne) region and offers a variety of birdlife. One can find among others Great Egret, Black Kite, Great Crested Grebe, Barn Swallow, Grey Heron, Mallard and Gadwall. Depending on the water level, you can (partly) walk around the lake.

Note: in summer the Lac du Bourdon is a popular place for water sports and outdoor activities: in July and August it can be very busy and the bird activity can be low.
