Description

Lac du Gouyre was formed with the construction of a dam on the Gouyre, a small tributary of the river Aveyron. The lake is of ecological interest, particularly for the birds of the region. The area has an observatory and marked pedestrian path. Among the birds you can see are Great Cormorant, Grey Heron, Great Crested Grebe, Little Grebe, Red Kite and Great Egret.

Free access all year round. Car access to the parking. Click on the P in the map for directions. From the parking a path runs along the west bank.
