Description

​Dingdener/Büngener Heide is a so called 'Feuchtwiesenschutzgebiet', an area where meadow birds get special protection. There are two observation hides and you can see birds like: Eurasian Curlew, Eurasian Skylark, European Stonechat, Reed Bunting, Bluethroat, White Stork, Red Kite, Eurasian Goshawk, Sparrowhawk, Meadow Pipit and Northern Lapwing.

There is a Parkingplace at the Klausenhofstraße. The area is best explored walking or cycling.
