Description

Gochsen is a small village in Baden-Württemberg, bisected by the Kocher River. The weir offers a perfect view of the river, where you can observe volavka popelavá, kachna divoká and morčák velký. Small reedbeds also adjoin the weir, where you can often find konipas horský, other songbirds, and, with a bit of luck, a ledňáček říční. Right next to the weir is a čáp bílý nest, where breeding takes place between April and August.
