Description

Around the Störrsperrwerk (flood barrage) many migrating birds rest and feed in the shallow waters. In the fields around the flood barrage, many other birds can be found. Among the birds you can encounter are Barnacle Goose, Greylag Goose, Common Shelduck, Common Teal, Northern Lapwing, European Golden Plover and Dunlin.
