Description

Diverse walk through different areas in the north of Berlin. There can be found a variety of birds like waterbirds, eg. Grey Heron, Great Crested Grebe fieldbirds like Yellowhammer, also European Goldfinch, Long-tailed Tit and a lot more. The signs on the trailside promise it to be an even better birding spot in spring, with the information, that Golden Oriole are breeding here. But also Red-backed Shrike and Whinchat can be seen here.

Access

You can get to the starting Point easily by bus to Alt Lübars, you can also park your car there. Or just take the bike, as a part of the trail is the "Berliner Mauer Radweg".
