Description

A good place for birds of agricultural areas. We stayed here in early may 2019 and daily the bird species changed, depending on weather and migration. Squacco Heron can easily be found on the beach or along ditches. Some fields were wet and attrackted waders. Other fields were good for different races of Western Yellow Wagtail, Eurasian Hoopoe and Woodchat Shrike. Check the castle for birds of shrublands like Black-eared Wheatear.
