Description

Mount Pantokrator has a military listening post and cafe at the summit. From there Albania, Italy and all of Corfu can be seen on clear days. Soaring raptors especially Eurasian Kestrel, Peregrine Falcon Booted Eagle. Uncommon passerines eg Blue Rock Thrush, Western Rock Nuthatch, Black Redstart and Cirl Bunting. Other birds you can encounter Chukar, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Woodchat Shrike, Subalpine Warbler and Black-eared Wheatear.

By car via steep narrow winding road, or by foot from Perithia. Carry plenty of water on hot days.
