Description
Peat was once extracted in De Oude Zoek. Now, the farmland is situated between two wooded nature reserves. Unobstructed views of open fields interspersed with wooded areas. Birds you might encounter in the area include: Çayır incirkuşu, Tarlakuşu, Kerkenez, Şahin, Uzunkuyruklu baştankara, Taşkuşu and Tarla ardıcı.

Access
The Oude Zoek is located southeast of the city of Roosendaal, near the village of Schijf, close to the Belgian border. Press the P on the map for directions to a parking area. It's an excellent area to explore by bike, but a circular walk is also possible. The route shown on the map is approximately 9 km.
