Description
Argaty is a working upland livestock farm where they run the award-winning Argaty Red Kite project. This is Central Scotland's only Red Kite feeding station where you can watch the acrobatic birds from a purpose built hide. The farm is open daily with a Ranger-led visit to the hide at feeding time in the afternoon. The Red Kite is most abundant through the winter months (October - March) when they form large social groups.

Argaty Red Kites is located 17 km north of the city of Stirling. Parking is available on-site. Press P on the map for directions. Opening Hours: Daily from 09:00 to 17:00. Summer tours (21st Feb – October 31st) begin at 1.45pm. From November 1st – 20th February tours start at 1.15pm. Prices Red Kite Tour of 1,5 hour £11 (2024). Pre-booking is advised (see the link below).
