Description
This former military airfield in Cricklade has been turned back into a wildlife-rich hay meadow. Living in the margins, hedgerows, ponds and damp ground are many bird species, including Eurasian Bullfinch, Eurasian Skylark, Linnet, Meadow Pipit, Barn Owl, Lesser Whitethroat, European Stonechat, Whinchat and Grey Partridge. The site is very good for passage migration.
