Description
Cardiff Bay is good for birds all year round. Residents include kamenáček pestrý, rehek domácí, linduška skalní and morčák velký. The first can be seen on the green walkways in groups, whilst the rest can be seen basking on the rocky edges.

Winter visitors include racek malý. However, check sightings before going as they tend to move around a lot. Finally, rarities include potápka černokrká, hoholka lední and polák proužkozobý.

Easy accessible from Cardiff. Plenty of parking areas available. Click on a P in the map for directions. Walking is possible from Penarth to Barrage. Walking is the best way to explore the area.
