Description
Gadespring is the site of a former watercress farm located in the Boxmoor and Chaulden area of Hemel Hempstead. Gadespring Cressbeds are a great place to sit and look out for Common Kingfisher. If you are lucky you can also sometimes see Water Rail and water voles.

Access
The four acre site is situated on the south side of Chaulden Meadow, between Camelot Rugby Club’s pitches and the Grand Union canal. You can either park up the road in the rugy car park (free) or you can also go down Old Fishery Lane and there is a small car park there where you can park. You can also cycle or walk down very easily. It isn't a very big reserve and the hide has a specific place for those who need wheelchairs.
