Margam Country Park is mostly noted for the mammals including deer, fox, badger, voles, bats and squirrels. Bird list includes Common Kingfisher, Eurasian Siskin, finches, Meadow Pipit, Sparrowhawk, Red Kite, Eurasian Kestrel, Common Buzzard, White-throated Dipper and Grey Wagtail.
