Reddish Vale Country park spans 161 hectares along the River Tame. Hirondelle de rivage and Martin-pêcheur d'Europe nest in the river banks. The mill ponds and wetlands are visited by herons, grebes, cormorants, coots and a variety of ducks and geese such as Oie cendrée, Bernache du Canada, Cygne tuberculé, Canard mandarin, Canard colvert, and other birds like Pigeon biset, Pigeon ramier, Merle noir, Héron cendré and Geai des chênes.
