Description
In winter there are thousands of ducks and Sangsvane at RSPB Ouse Washes. It's a magical spectacle. Vibe, Rødben and Dobbeltbekkasin breed in spring and the area attracts good passage migrants in spring and autumn. Trane are often seen year round and gather from autumn in flocks of nearly 100 if you're lucky to see them. It's out the way so usually quiet with minimal disturbance. Other birds that can be observed are Sortklire, Almindelig Ryle, Hjejle, Rørhøg, Stor Kobbersneppe, Atlingand and Pibesvane and a great variety of ducks.
