Description

The Livierenbos (Bois de la Louvière) in Vloesberg is a large forest area with large open plains outside. Hunting grounds for Eurasian Kestrel, Sparrowhawk, Common Buzzard, Eurasian Goshawk, Red Kite, Peregrine Falcon and Western Marsh Harrier. Other birds of the area are Common Cuckoo, Northern Lapwing, Eurasian Woodcock, Little Owl, Long-eared Owl, Short-eared Owl, Eurasian Green Woodpecker, Lesser Spotted Woodpecker, Middle Spotted Woodpecker, Eurasian Hobby and Common Nightingale.

Nederlands: Het Livierenbos (Bois de la Louvière) in Vloesberg is een groot bosgebied met daar buiten grote open vlaktes. Jachtgebieden voor Eurasian Kestrel, Sparrowhawk, Common Buzzard, Eurasian Goshawk, Red Kite, Peregrine Falcon en Western Marsh Harrier. Located between Ronse and Brakel. Parking is no problem. Click on the P in the map for directions. It is best to explore the area on foot.
