Description

I often search for birds around the small, peaceful village of Filipovo. The open farmland with its ponds, streams and wooded areas is a great location as it's quiet with many different habitats. Good for birds like European Bee-eater, Red-backed Shrike, Great Spotted Cuckoo, Woodcock, White Stork and Black Stork.

Best to park on the side of the road just after driving through Filipovo. Beware of electric cattle fences.
