Description

This is the best site in Bulgaria to see easily the Wallcreeper from close distance. Variety of habitats provide good opportuniity to observe a good selection of birds. Impressive scenery, some endemic plants, such as the Rhodope haberlea, interesting butterfly species and other wildlife give additional attractiveness of Trigrad Gorge.

Access

Follow the road 197 to the Devil's Throat Cave (a kilometer North of the village of Trigrad), where you can park your car and explore this are by foot. Later you can drive to the village itself, to park the car there and walk on a unpaved road towards the village of Yagodina.
