Description

Hurghada is one of Egypt's main tourist centres located on the Red Sea coast. Well landscaped resorts with irrigated trees and shrubs attracting migrant passerines from Europe. Desert species in the surrounding hills. Among the birds you can encounter are Desert Wheatear, Mourning Wheatear, Egyptian Vulture, Laughing Dove, Common Bulbul, Desert Lark, Brown-necked Raven, Slender-billed Gull, White-eyed Gull, Sooty Gull, Caspian Tern, Western Reef-Heron and Osprey.
