Description

Étang de La Muette is a 3.9 hectare artificial lake, designed in the 18th century. It was redeveloped in 1980. Today, the marshes that surrounding it form a protected ornithological area. Among the birds you can see are Common Kingfisher and Grey Wagtail.

Français: Deux petits étangs se suivent . Le deuxième est plutôt protégé alors que le premier est plus ouvert. Ce plan d’eau artificiel de 3,9 hectares, conçu au 18e siècle, alimentait le moulin de l’étang. Il a été réaménagé en 1980. Aujourd’hui, les marais qui l’entourent forment une zone ornithologique protégée.
