Description

In winter, the lake welcomes nearly 20,000 birds. It is a major site for the wintering of water birds. In spring, it is the highlight of the period of love and parades of Great Crested Grebe.

Located near Chambéry aiport. Accès to the site is on D1504 road to Bourget-du-Lac. Turn left to reach the "chateau de Thomas II" Car park.
