Within the François Mitterrand Park in the village of Brie Comte Robert you find some ponds that are nice for some easy birding.

Description

The birds that I was able to observe in the park: a beautiful group of Canada Goose with their young, Great Crested Grebe, Grey Heron, Mallard, Eurasian Moorhen, Common Kingfisher, Eurasian Green Woodpecker and the not very shy Eurasian Coot.

Français: Au sein du Parc François Mitterrand de Brie Comte Robert, des tangs de pécheurs avec quelques oiseaux à observer: Ce que j'ai pu observer , une belle colonie de Canada Goose , avec leurs petits, un Great Crested Grebe , un Grey Heron , des Mallard des Eurasian Moorhen , un Common Kingfisher un Eurasian Green Woodpecker des Eurasian Coot peu farouches.

Access

Several possible access points to the park. You can best park near the Super U shopping center, and the visit the park on foot. The entrance is next to the fire station, behind the Citroen garage.

Français: Plusieurs accès possibles du parc, plutot se garer en voiture pres du centre commercial super U, puis acces à pied. L'entrée est a cote de la caserne de pompiers, derrière le garage citroen.
