Description

Etangs de Gueltas is ideal for gulls because the Waste Treatment Center provides them with abundant food, while the ponds provide them with a resting place for the night but also a seat for fishing. You can see large gatherings of birds with rare individuals from America or the Arctic, such as the Glaucous Gull, American Herring Gull (Larus smithsonianus) or Kumlien's Gull.
