In the heart of Lorraine, between Bayon and Chamagne, the réserve naturelle de la Moselle sauvage covers 380 hectares of wild river banks. You can observe different water birds on the banks of the Moselle river. Among the birds you can encounter are Osprey, Common Kingfisher, Little Ringed Plover, Great Egret, White Wagtail, Common Tern, Black Kite and Sand Martin.


Français: Au coeur de la Lorraine, entre Bayon et Chamagne, la réserve naturelle de la Moselle sauvage couvre 380 hectares et protège l’un des derniers tronçons de rivière à lit mobile du nord-est de la France. Venez observer les différents oiseaux d'eau sur les rives de la rivière Moselle. Ce lieu est sauvage et accueille des Martins pêcheurs, Grande Aigrette, petit gravelot, bergeronnette, passereaux divers. une année j'ai eu la chance d'y observer´un balbuzard pêcheur !



Parking nearby. Follow the signs for the walk. The circular walk is 2 km long.
