Description

At Mittleres Wietingsmoor there is a narrow road between marsh and moors. During the autumn migration in the evening twilight a beautiful entry of the many Common Crane that settle with the many Greylag Goose and Greater White-fronted Goose. Halfway along the road is a reasonable parking space from where you can admire the spectacle at an appropriate distance. This place is a lot quieter than the more popular moors with the lookout towers. (they are also beautiful, but are visited quite a lot).
