Description

The Niddastrand is a nice place to stay with always some interesting birds that can be seen. A beaver family lives 300 m upstream from Niddastrand. The adjacent polo field is always worth checking out as there are many geese and herons there. The Niddastrand area is very good for taking pictures, especially in the morning. Among the birds you can see are Greylag Goose, Canada Goose, Egyptian Goose, Little Grebe, Marsh Warbler, Grey Wagtail, Common Kingfisher, Alexandrine Parakeet, Sparrowhawk, Fieldfare, Grey Heron and Great Cormorant.
