Obstpfad Sossenheim

Hessen  >  Germany

Embedded in the Sossenheimer Obstpfad, the endangered habitat of orchards can be discovered here with its inhabitants in the open landscape.

Added by HGON

Description

Many of the bird species that breed here have become rare because intensive farming in many places with heavy use of pesticides and fertilizers leaves them no chance of survival. An extensive network of trails makes a trip around and into the area very attractive. Whether by bike, on foot or with a wheelchair.
