The Schröcker Feld is a wide open agricultural land that is a great place to spot many birds during migration. The highlight to see here: Dotterel.
During migration the Schröcker Feld is a good area to spot Eurasian Skylark, Northern Wheatear, thousands of migrating Common Crane, roosting European Golden Plover, European Stonechat. In August and September one might see roosting Dotterel. October is the best time for quite a number of migtating cranes.
