Description
The area consists of fields bordered by small groves and patches of farmland overgrown with herbs and flowers, which attract many interesting birds such as: Whinchat, Crested Lark, Eurasian Skylark, Common Buzzard, Western Marsh Harrier and Eurasian Hoopoe. In winter, you can see Hen Harrier and many Fieldfare there. In the patches of woodland, you can find Eurasian Green Woodpecker, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Goldcrest and Common Raven.

The area is located north of Bálványos. You can explore the area from various places, best from the village of Bálványos. However, there are no designated parking areas.
