Description

To see this very secretly living Dupont's Lark you have to be on the Zaida site before sunrise before the first light. Especially early in the year you have to consider that the temperatures can also drop below zero degrees. In addition to the Dupont's Lark you can see Lesser Short-toed Lark and Thekla's Lark as well as Black Wheatear and Red-rumped Wheatear in this area.

Access

From Zaida you drive south on the N13. 2.6 km after the petrol station, take the dirt road that branches off to the left of the N13. On this small road drive about 300 meters until you are in the area. It is best to explore the place the evening before so that you know where to go in the dark in the morning.
