Super nice location for birding. The area around the pumping station of Zuidlaardermeer is very rich in birds.

Description

Around the pumping station of the Zuidlaardermeer you will find an enormous number of rare breeding birds. It is a very special bird area with as highlights: Whiskered Tern, Black-winged Stilt, Baillon's Crake and White-tailed Eagle. This area is best for birding from spring to autumn.

You can park at the pumping station and walk from there. To get there you have to drive over the Zuiderhooidijk where you arrive via Onnen.
