De Sliedrechtse Biesbosch forms the most northerly part of the National Park De Biesbosch. Much of the Biesbosch is covered by water and is therefore lush with sedges and reed beds. Common KingfisherCetti's Warbler and Bluethroat are important nesting birds. You can also come across Little Egret nearly everywhere. Incredible diversity and amount of birds.
