Description
The island Bozcaada (Tenedos) is mostly flat and full of vineyards and small agriculture fields. However, the shores are mostly untouched and preserve some small but rich micro-habitats. It is a great place to visit as a tourist but also gives a chance to observe various bird species at the same time. Chukar, Audouin's Gull and Red-backed Shrike are some of the birds that you can encounter.

During the summer and early autumn, the island is very crowded and it is hard to find accommodation. The crowd also disturbs birds in most coastal spots. Additionally, the island is always windy. It is better to be prepared for wind in every corner of island.
