Small numbers of European Stonechat, Whinchat, Corn Bunting, Northern Wheatear, Grey Partridge, Common Quail and Eurasian Woodcock. Raptors including Peregrine Falcon, Eurasian Hobby, Merlin, Sparrowhawk, Red Kite, Eurasian Kestrel, Hen Harrier and Little Owl. Woodland birds in the coverts.

Tetbury is 15 miles from M5 junction 13, via Stroud. 14 miles north of M4 junction 17, via Malmesbury. Park at Beverston church. Regular buses through Tetbury. Nearest train station, Stroud. Highgrove gardens and shop are open to the public. Chavenage House is a popular film location (Poldark, Cider with Rosie), open to public occasionally by arrangement. Beverston castle is private.
